Terms of Our Guarantee:

  • You must try Sleep Dust for a minimum of 14 consecutive days
  • Request your refund within 60 days of purchase
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Refund applies to first-time purchases only
  • Limited to one refund per customer
  • Product must be purchased directly from our official website or authorized retailers
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are not available for resold products

To Request a Refund:

  1. Email our customer service team at info@sleep-dust.com with your order number
  2. Include the date you started using Sleep Dust and your usage experience
  3. Our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days

We recommend giving Sleep Dust a fair trial of at least two weeks to experience its full benefits as your body adjusts to improved sleep patterns. If you have any questions about your Sleep Dust experience, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

To prevent abuse, this guarantee is limited to 3 individual products per 12-month period for first-time purchases of that item. If you purchase 3 of the same item, the Money-Back Guarantee will cover a refund for one of those items. Store credit may be issued for the remaining items.

For bundles (or orders) with more than 3 products, refunds are limited to the 3 highest-priced eligible products in the bundle, less any discounts applied to the bundle. The first-purchase rule applies to all components of the bundle.
